Welcome to Daily Walk in the Word, a devotional platform created by Roderick J. Glatt Ministries (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the Daily Walk in the Word mobile app or website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

By using our Daily Walk in the Word app or website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of our devotional platform. If you do not agree, you must stop using the app immediately.

Daily Walk in the Word serves as a comprehensive devotional platform that offers scripture-based devotionals, Bible resources, spiritual encouragement, and features for community engagement. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue any portion of the service at any time, as stated by Roderick J. Glatt.

When creating your account on the Daily Walk in the Word devotional platform, it is essential to provide accurate information. You are responsible for: 

- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials 

- All activity that occurs within your account 

- Ensuring your device meets the app requirements 

- Keeping your subscription status active 

Please note that we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, as emphasized by Roderick J. Glatt.

Daily Walk in the Word offers two subscription tiers for our devotional platform: Free Access Path and Full Access Path (Paid Subscription). All paid subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe on our website. Currently, we do not use Apple App Store Billing or Google Play Billing for purchases or renewals. By subscribing to Daily Walk in the Word, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you provide. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel. We do not store or access your complete payment card information — all processing is handled by Stripe, ensuring a secure experience for users like Roderick J. Glatt.

A. Cancel Through the App

Inside the Daily Walk in the Word app, which serves as a popular devotional platform, open your Profile and select: “Manage Subscription.”

B. Cancel Through Your Confirmation Email

When you first subscribed to Daily Walk in the Word, Stripe automatically sent a subscription confirmation email containing a secure customer-portal link. You may use that link anytime to cancel or manage your subscription.

Canceling your subscription stops future charges, but it does not refund previously billed periods. Your access to paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, as designed by Roderick J. Glatt.

Refunds for Daily Walk in the Word subscriptions are processed exclusively through Stripe. As we do not utilize the Apple App Store or Google Play for billing, all refund requests must be submitted directly to us instead of any app marketplace. 

Refund requests may be considered for: 

- Duplicate charges 

- Verified technical issues preventing access 

- Billing errors caused by our system 

Please note that refunds are not guaranteed and are granted at our discretion. For full details, please refer to our standalone Refund Policy on our devotional platform, which is managed by Roderick J. Glatt.

All content within the Daily Walk in the Word app—including devotionals, scripture reflections, images, audio, and design—belongs to Roderick J. Glatt Ministries. 

You may not: 

Copy, reproduce, or distribute content 

Resell or republish materials 

Use the devotional platform for commercial purposes 

Personal, non-commercial use is permitted.

You agree not to:  

Use the Daily Walk in the Word App for harassment, abuse, or inappropriate conduct.  

Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or damage the devotional platform.  

Post harmful, profane, or illegal content.  

We may remove content or terminate access at our discretion, as per the guidelines set forth by Roderick J. Glatt.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Daily Walk in the Word app at any time. We are not liable for: service interruptions, data loss, server outages, or feature changes related to our devotional platform. Roderick J. Glatt appreciates your understanding.

Daily Walk in the Word is offered "as is" and "as available" on our devotional platform. We, Roderick J. Glatt and the team, are not liable for: damages resulting from the use of the Daily Walk in the Word app, data loss, device issues, or errors from third-party services, including Stripe. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

The Daily Walk in the Word app serves as a devotional platform providing uplifting content, but it does not offer counseling or crisis intervention. For emergencies, please contact: 911, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or reach out to local clergy or mental health professionals, including Roderick J. Glatt.
