Dr. Roderick J. Glatt, EdD, is an ordained minister, educator, and leadership practitioner with over three decades of experience serving at the intersection of faith, learning, and community leadership. His ministry, deeply rooted in biblical truth, has been shaped by faithful service in the local church, statewide faith-based initiatives, and a variety of educational institutions. Known for his role as a faith leader, Dr. Glatt's teaching and preaching are consistently biblically anchored, culturally aware, and responsive to the real pressures that believers and leaders face today. His Christian witness reflects both theological depth and lived experience, forged through seasons of growth, challenge, and perseverance.
A tried, true, and trusted faith leader, Dr. Glatt has guided congregations through transition, equipped pastors and lay leaders for effective service, and has been instrumental in launching more than fifteen church plants across Tennessee.
