Refund Policy

Refund Policy - Effective Date: November 2025

Daily Walk in the Word subscriptions are processed exclusively through Stripe, not Apple App Store or Google Play. We are committed to fairness and transparency. Because our content is digital and instantly accessible, refunds are limited and issued only under specific circumstances outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

 Refunds may be considered for:


  • Duplicate payments or double billing
  • Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the App after confirmation
  • Billing system errors caused by our platform

We may request:


  • Proof of issue
  • Screenshots
  • Transaction details

Non-Refundable Situations

 Refunds will not be issued for:


  • Partial billing periods after cancellation
  • Accidental subscription renewals
  • User dissatisfaction with devotional content
  • Device incompatibility
  • Failure to use the app

Subscription Cancellations

Canceling your subscription stops future charges, but it does not refund previous charges.


You may cancel anytime via:


  • Manage Subscription inside the app
  • The Stripe subscription email link

Processing of Approved Refunds

 If a refund is approved:


  • It will be processed back to the original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on the bank
